Waffles are very important in the Boswell family. Tucker's grandmother, Rae, perfected the recipe then passed her knowledge on to her children and daughters-in law. This weekend I received the wonderful opportunity to also carry on this tradition and learn to make the famous waffles.
I separated the egg whites on the first try!
